Brimet Silva is a computational designer. He operates in “phygital” and “in-between” environments—at the heterogeneous intersection of physical spaces and digital systems. In his design process, he explores the potential of technological tools (software and hardware) as catalysts for creative processes, transforming pixels into atoms, virtual protocols into tangible objects, and alphanumeric data into sensory experiences, in an incessant pursuit of the ethical and aesthetic humanization of technology within the contemporary context of digital culture.
